Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band headquartered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood family member, Spencer Smiths (drums), inclusive of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).

To promote their track, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) simply by his LiveJournal website. Impressed via the band, Wentz for my part met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band launched their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which would debut at #112 on the Billboard two hundred album bulk magazine b2b charts.
Featured in Spin magazine as their band of the day in early October 2005, achieving #1 on the MySpace chart, and normally staying in PureVolumes Top 10 chart, would basically lend a hand develop the bands acceptance. An appearance on MTVs TRL on January 17, 2006, on the highest quality in their track video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies, also helped garner the band a great deal publicity.
To date, the bands 2005 debut album, A Fever you Cant Sweat Out has offered over 750,000 gadgets. The band is presently headlining a North American summer journey with The Dresden Dolls and The Hush Sound, a band also signed to Decaydance.
