Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band founded out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years family member, Spencer Smiths (drums), in addition to their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To promote their track, the band made contact with Pete bulk magazine b2b Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) by means of his LiveJournal web site. Impressed by means of the band, Wentz in my view met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance.
